Jungel Pizza has become a favorite in Oslo for paper-thin, foldable New York-style pizza - made from scratch and served at several locations in the city: St. Hanshaugen, Sagene, Torshov and Adamstuen. They are known for combining good craftsmanship with top-quality ingredients on their unique pizzas.

Our starting point was to provide full control and insight into operations - across sales, staffing, cost of goods and deliveries - without extra administration. We connected data from POS systems and other core systems and delivered a set of modules in edda that provide daily overview, trends and alerts when something requires follow-up. Price Alerts is one of these modules: it tracks price changes, flags deviations from agreed prices and makes it easy to dive into line-level detail to find the cause.

Saves tens of thousands per month

After just a couple of months with edda, general manager Petter had identified incorrect invoices. The result was concrete cuts of 30-40,000 kroner per month.
