17% more pizzas per hour and NOK 1.2M saved on ingredients
“Overall, we've increased productivity by 17% more pizzas produced per hour”

Gaute Bakke
CEO at Digg Pizza
Before Digg implemented Edda, they struggled with their most important key figures not being updated and the organization not having a clear picture of which drivers were important for each employee to work with and towards.
"After Edda, we got a tool that makes it possible for everyone to understand operations. Now all employees have access to real-time data and we have therefore increased productivity and have better margins than before.
We have changed the way we conduct our internal meetings - previously the topic of these meetings was 'how did it go?', now that we have real-time data and the whole team is always oriented, the topics are 'what measures should we implement to solve xyz?'
Not long after we got Edda in place, we managed to identify that we had an overconsumption of selected raw materials. We corrected this and as a consequence saw savings of 1.2 million NOK. At an overall level, we see that we have increased productivity on pizzas produced per hour by 17%."
