The reception of Edda has been positive, increased upselling and been a motivational factor for employees. Edda has given me better overview of how to staff optimally. There can be large variations just from day to day and we see that in Edda. With Edda, we get live updates every hour on the iPad in the store, so I check Edda several times during my shift.
